Pros
Lack of office politics effecting the technical staff, adequate tools and infrastructure, collaborative supportive colleagues, make and sell a technical software product to a technical end-user means you're working with other smart, technical people all day long.
Cons
It is a large enough company that it can be lead-footed at times; this can mean it is hard to hire the staff you need.
