      * energy * smart people * speed of work * very open culture * passion towards technology

      Cons

      * salary probably lags the VLSI domain (especially when it comes to stocks) * trying to do more and more with same set of people -- leading to a lot of burn (but everybody seems to be so passionate that nobody is complaining!)
