      Pros

      Work environment, benefit are not bad, lots of holidays.

      Cons

      Lots of holidays but no time to use it, and company forces you to use up paid leave. SOME (not all) management doesn't like working parents with children, thinks they get off work on time to take care of family is considered not working hard enough.
