      Very employee friendly conditions. They do stress on work life balance and provide relaxation days over and above the large number of leaves.

      Cons

      Upper Management lack transparency in terms of roadmap and on why some decisions like reduction in bonus payout or hikes, is done. The executive decisions are not too visible to lower level engineers.
