Pros
Great company. From my point of view good professionals are given the right opportunities to solidly build their careers. The fact that you can migrate from one sector to another and even collaborate with other countries within Altran Group is a plus.
Cons
In many cases Consultants work so close to the client company that it becomes hard for them to identify themselves as part of Altran.
