      Pros

      office is new and nice and easy to get to. leadership is very visible, approachable, and seem to listen and care exciting, fast paced, cutting edge programs. lots of new people shaping the culture

      Cons

      hybrid work week, started at 2 days, and now getting pressure to make it 3. love the office, but i have been remote a long time and its a tuff transition. luckily the office is new and i love the folks im working with.

      Pros

      Pay is good, especially on holidays! you get days off during the week and you work every other weekend

      Cons

      The schedule is hard, 12 hour days for 1 month then 12 hour nights then switch back. the environment is tough, the work load is heavy. not always the support you need to help you. favoritism, Management can be difficult, sink or swim type of culture, The testing is nearly impossible to get through. In the end you can do a great job in learning the job, if they don't want you, you will be replaced!
