Business Outlook
Pros
Good people to work with- most are hard working some have been coasting for decades. Potential for exposure to other business units and functions but you have to really drive the desire to learn outside your own role.
Cons
Extreme bureaucracy and lower than average pay for tenure. Business units have "favorites" that they promote, something they call the nine box. Horrific promotion schedule and not enough women in executive leadership roles.
