Good employee benefits, good salary. Great Holiday parties.
Cons
They have preference over who gets Management roles, in terms if they like you or not, and not necessarily about what achievements you have accomplished. The company is going through a lot of structural changes to reduce cost, so many positions are being sent offshore, no job security.
