Pros
Huge and if young and willing to drink the KoolAid one can gain great experience. Huge company with a lot of things happening.
Cons
If one is part of an acquired organization they must assume that there is a bulls-eye on their back. We were told all kinds of glowing things about long term commitment and loyalty, but as soon as the acquisition is final the outside minions come in and the cutting begins. The more senior the more vulnerable.
