Pros
Cargill is a large company with presence around the world. This gives lots of opportunities to enrich your work, meeting with other people from around the world. Overall working environment is friendly with colleagues showing respect to each other. There are close to 65 different business units which provides ample opportunity to have diversity in one's career.
Cons
Corporate culture is pretty conservative and very much immune to transformative change. This is a company where incremental change is encouraged versus step change one seeks in a business transformation. Accountability on decisions are not kept to the personal level where managers prefer joint accountability with other managers/committees.
