Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent leadership that are open suggestions from their reports and keep an open door policy. There are many career opportunities that exist through networking within the company. The work-life balance is in the top 10% of all companies and most managers are very flexible about taking time off. I had a very positive experience working here and keep in touch with most of my former colleagues.
Cons
The businesses are a little silo-ed, which limits the flow of ideas and best practices. This makes establishing an internal network very important.
