Bullying, sexism, racism occurs in the workplace because these people think they have immunity from being reprimanded. HR are told to stop investigating when it comes to people that play golf with directors. HR support fake redundancy processes so that people can get rid of staff unfairly. No one does anything to stop this. It's unethical and has lasting consequences. Certain people are allowed to tell lies about people that they have got rid of, to try and cover up mistakes they are making. Horrible, toxic place. If you're not a yes person, forget it. You won't fit in or be promoted.
