Pros
Employees at all levels are given a high degree of responsibility for the work they do. In the past there has been focus on an inclusive and diverse workforce where all employees matter. Employees respond to being appreciated, give 110%, and make Cargill great.
Cons
Cargill seems to have lost the great visionaries of their past. Executive management of today seems to only focus on downsizing and outsourcing and not on what is going to continue to grow the company and move it into the next century.
