The people you work with on the individual level are typically great.
Cons
Pay is not competitive. More importantly it appears that true company values have changed and no longer serves their employees with their best in mind. Despite how the company operated 10-20 years ago, Cargill no longer upholds "Our Word is Our Bond". Make sure everything is explicitly clear in writing. The company will not back you up as an employee or care about your extended employee loyalty when it benefits their bottom line.
