Pros
Pay is decent, they give you a lot of PTO all at once, quarterly bonuses,13 holidays off and paid
Cons
Unsafe work environments, upper management only care about their bonuses regular employees make for them, if you get hurt at work, Cargill will deny you ever told them as they don't like paying for all the people who they hurt from pushing them to the point of heat exhaustion and blown out backs, if you're not a profit for them they will force you out, very money hungry organization and so their employees are replaceable to Cargill and they will dump on you in the end
