Pros

Location and free fruit

Cons

You are totally disposable. Don't be fooled by the comment form HR at the bottom of every poor review. There's no exit interview or interest in why you've decided to leave. This has b Targets are totally unrealistic and change all the time. If you can survive on your base then only see commission as a very rare bonus and not reflecting what you're making the company. I am actively looking to leave and know plenty of friends across the business are too.

Many thanks for the review, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. As a current employee I would really encourage you to speak to us directly about your concerns. Without this detail it is very difficult to improve and it is always feedback that we would pass on directly to senior leadership. Please do arrange a meet with any member of the HR team in absolute confidence. We would be happy to meet offsite if you would prefer. Ralph Finnon, Senior Resourcing Manager

Pros

I have loved working here, nice small community that has been built. All employees are great to work with and there is always something different going on.

Cons

Some of the work is repetative, but that is standard for most office jobs.

Pros

NONE! This place is no longer what it was. The wrong people have been put into positions to hire and fire at free will.

Cons

NONE!This place is no longer what it was. Decisions that will HUGELY impact the business are now being made by singular individuals with PERSONAL vendettas who are clearly not qualified in an attempt to cover their own incompetence, and laziness and to cover the incompetence and laziness of their friends without a care of how these decisions will actually impact the business as long as THEY keep their job and paycheck. Management cater to their friends, making decisions to benefit these friends and if you don’t fit that mold you will be pushed out.
