      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits, works with school schedule.

      Cons

      Often times pressured into not calling in sick because you will let the team down. I think when I left Chipotle I accrued about 280 hours of sick time that I never used. If you did had to miss due to an unexpected incident, there would be consequences.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
