      busy shifts go by fast. hours based on performance. crew lots of opportunities to move up in the company quickly.

      Cons

      upper management can be very picky about everything. pay is not equivalent to the amount of work you are expected to do.

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
