      You get plenty of hours

      Cons

      -They don't pay you nearly enough for the amount of work you're required to do. -They don't treat you with the respect to move forward in the company, they are worried to hire good workers due to the fact they don't want their jobs being taken. -They will hire dirty people that don't have a great appearance to promote the company in a positive way.

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
