Pros
High standards, great quality food, fun atmosphere to work in. The stores I worked in had great team members who really worked together. Free meal every day and paid breaks. The job was probably the hardest job I've ever had, but I loved it.
Cons
Inflexible scheduling. My car was stolen and they wouldn't let me call in so they said I quit. They change the schedule almost every day without telling you. I had been there for almost 2 years without ever calling in before.
