Pros
Great food and fun atmosphere.
Cons
Huge turnover because of the expectation without the pay. No support from anywhere. Computer issues, equipment issues, staffing issues, and no one to help. As a manager you were expected to know how to be a plumber, electrician, etc. Also doing the same thing over and over all day everyday kinda gets to you after awhile.
