Pros
Great culture with the opportunity to work with some of the best-of-the-best in their fields. Since the move to Newport, the leadership team has built a true dream team of talent. Innovation is the name of the game here and due to company success, there's support to accomplish big things. Senior leadership is very accessible to all levels and it wouldn't be unheard of to be in a meeting with someone from the C-suite. The offices are pretty great too... if you don't have a view of the ocean from your desk, then you're looking at the mountains... much better than your standard corporate cube farm. Finally the compensation is certainly solid, especially when it comes to bonuses and equity grants... have you seen the stock performance over then last three years?!?

Not a lot, honestly. If I had to choose one I would say diversity could always be better in the Newport office.
