Pros

Being a part of a healthier fast food, while still not the healthiest, it's one of the better choices. Somewhat flexible scheduling. Ability to have a decent career if you can put up with favoritism and suck ups.

Cons

Company is about sustainability, yet my particular location didn't even have cardboard recycling. While having work to do is good, why do we promote quality food prep while some of our stuff comes delivered prepped? Why not do all or nothing? This is the only restaurant job I have ever had, so I assume all of them are similar in that you are overworked all the time, can't really fault Chipotle for that.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
