Pros

Customer service experience, real life skills, learning PATIENCE AND SELF CONTROL

Cons

People/customers are extremely needy, don’t care about anything but themselves , they make your job harder than what it is 90% of the time …. Management barely gives you breaks as a minor. Lots of cleaning/ cross training will be done , you always have to pick up someone else’s slack, online orders are hectic and you will be alone doing them 75% of the time, grill cooks are rude and take their precious time doing anything , having to make calls /yell at the grill is annoying. You will come home filthy and smelling like onions, all the work that you do is not worth 10$ an hour …management does not care if you are a minor they will work you to death with no breaks , cashiers are greedy and will pocket all their tips if you don’t catch them. People with families of 10 will come through the line, during rush hour you cannot move + lines will be backed up to the door and people will wait as long as they have to. I hated that place .

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
