      The food is great! People love Chipotle Was promoted to a higher position

      Cons

      Wasn't getting the same salary as other assistant managers, even though I worked hard and did my job well Underpaid

      Pros

      Free food for breaks, young team, not many crazy customers compared to other fast food restaurant chains

      Cons

      Always short-staffed at night and double the work from the mornings, the manager has to close multiple positions alone, with insufficient and poor training because God forbid you clock in to learn how to work best.
