      They train you pretty well.

      If you ever want to take a vacation or time off this is not the career for you. If your hoping to get a raise don't hold your breath.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
