Nice Team Environment, but unreal workload - Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Cielo Employee Review

Cielo is a great company to work for. They truly care about their team members and helping educate and grow their people

Working with their clients can often be challenging

- Decent pay and benefits - Super flexible, lots of paid holidays - Free learning resources - Incredible people (my team lead and colleagues were the best!)

- Random layoffs. Just so disappointing - Not many roles set aside for North Americans at the moment. I keep seeing North Americans being laid off and employees from other regions getting promotions and transfers that could be offered to North Americans. (Would love an explanation from leadership on why this is!)
