Pros

No weekend working Free water (__)

Cons

1. No free or paid transport from company 2. Pathetic management who just know to show off and send flashy emails to showcase fake initiatives 3. There is no leadership in this company just dumb AVPs are warming company bench whose job is to stick people to client and make them billable without understanding the employee skill set. 4. So called AVPs need to be fired first to clean this company . They can't even speak one paragraph clearly . They need to cross evaluated as well rather than technical people . I am sure these AVPs don't know XYZ of coding or AI. 5. CEO or CFO needs to give it thought if they are reading this and evaluate these AVPs who are loss to the company as they do nothing and draw huge salaries in which 5-6 junior engineers can be hired. I am sure they cannot write single line of code but act as they have invented AI/ML. 6. I was victim of 2 such AVPs , one of whom have fake commitment of onsite Visa initiation and other one who was an idiot to the core who was the main reason which forced me to resign. 7. I was made to work without any increment with false promises by AVP for 3 years. Anyone facing the same, kindly post here and let everyone know
