Cons 1.Employees are frequently expected to attend virtual project trainings and workshops on weekends (Saturday) without any monetary compensation or compensatory off and that too from office. 2.Although HR policy mentions a limited number of mandatory work-from-office days, management enforces more frequent office attendance inconsistently depending on project leadership. 3.Standups are scheduled before official working hours, despite company-defined shift timings. 4.Employees are often contacted late at night to resolve issues, sometimes beyond midnight, creating a stressful and unsustainable work culture. 5. Work-life balance is not respected in multiple projects. I wonder how they get a great place to work every year 🤔
