Pros

1. Flexible working hours 2. If you are lucky, you can get on-site opportunity very easily 3. Top management ( CEO, coo, few function heads and Sr. VP) 4. Lots of QA projects. It's great place to work for QA individuals.

Cons

Long list 1. Recruitment and HR team is untrustworthy and useless respectively. HR is just to send birthday and milestone emails. Except for HR head, those are bunch of ladies getting paid for chit chat and gossiping. But when employee tries to approach them for some work, all of them starts looking at their PC screen as if they are creating rocket science. 2. Middle managers ( Project leads and Team managers) are really not worthy to be given that responsibility. Especially in professional services. They don't care about what technology you are in or have came in with. Just because they want good appraisals they will force their team members to work on their desired (not even used in the project) technology. This can cause serious harm to ppl coming with other technology. Despite having worked in technical projects in the past, they don't intend to get enough project knowledge. They do not evaluate team members. Rather they judge based on personal impression. Admin team is again a weak point. All cultural events and annual events are planned and managed badly. Only place they are good is in transportation. Their behaviour is rude at times. Some of the senior people sitting there are taking undue advantages of it
