Pros

Technology to learn is best

Cons

1. Management is never going to support you for anything and maximum client what they have are best in business for micro management and the same is with middle managers here 2. They say they have a flexible timings but here you have to work as per their client timings like 12pm to 9pm where is all your flexibility? 3. They will save each and every money they can like they will never give you a salary a day earlier even tough last working day is either a Sunday or some holiday, earn each paisa interest 4. Attrition is top most here and management are least bothered for it, they best lolipop they give here is they will put you name for H1 visa that binds you to stay in company for atleast 8-9 months 5. Here HR gets best HR award, I wonder how and what they do actually here? Haven’t seen any action they take apart from organising rangoli competition or such stuff 6. Best part if you look above average and you are a gal you can get invites for coffee or free pickup and drop services
