Pros

- Good exposure to clients, even for junior team members - Could get a chance early to do leadership activities like project management, audits, stakeholder management etc. - If you want to go onsite(US), this is a good company for that - Supports post grad courses that you can do at their reimbursement on weekends - Certifications are reimbursed - HR usually have some activities planned, if that's your jam - Still in WFH mode in early 2022, which is good and company had arranged vaccination for employees and family

Cons

- Only paid leaves are provided. No sick, casual, bereavement, volunteering or study leaves - WFH setup reimbursement was embarassingly low, and was stopped. - Unnecessary cost cutting measures were used during first year of COVID - Way too many internal project audits, which are useless most of the time - Too dependent on just one market (US) - Compensation is lower for existing employees, as per 2021-22 standards
