Pros

Flexi Timings, Compensation, Interesting Domain, Some of the Clients are real good to work with if you are looking for an wide exposure.

Cons

Well the company works on the oldest technologies. Worst Mid Level Management ever experienced. The skill set of these managers is too low. Just because they are with the organization for 6-8 Years they are the managers. But, to be precise they do not know the industry processes that are needed to run a organization, Blind and Deff Higher management, well these people go by the words of there managers or sub-ordinates rather getting into details to know the ground reality Poor Process, they call it a 30 days, 90 days and 180 days feedback.. but its just a formality. You cannot highlight the ares of improvements. If you do they will not entertain you. The company calls it a best place to work. But, i do not see this company in the Best Place to Work list shared by the top market researchers (just Google it you will know everything) such awards can be purchased day in and day out. Some other aspects--- Poor Transportation, Poor Cafeteria Service Lots of Napotism being followed. So beaware if your manager and your co-worker is of the same religion. Donot expect a good hike then. (Gujju - Gujju Bhai Bhai kinda of concept)
