Pros

Flexible Timings, Open door culture, good facilities for female, Work from home facilities, good transport facilities, good quarterly budget for team lunch

Cons

There are very little processes related to employee benefits. No components in salary structure to save tax. HR team exists only for arranging events and all other fun related activities. You ask them about any processes, they will say "It depends on your manager". There is no exit policy, so if you are serving your notice period then you are at the mercy of your manager. He will make and break his own policies without objection from HR. The appraisal process is not consistent. There will be two employees having same rating with same designation bu both will get different % of hike. The referral process is also very bad, you get an email saying there is urgent requirement for so and so skills, you refer people matching the skills and they will hardly get call. Even if they get call, their status is not updated on the portal. Interview panel has people who has only 5-6 months of experience on the skill set for which they take interviews. Google is used by panel to take interviews. Customer is considered god over here even if he tells you to go and jump in well. The management would expect you to jump in well to make client happy. You are not allowed to push back. I have seen cases where management stops talking to people who have resigned and are serving their notice period.
