Pros

I now don't know any other than they are paying me until I find a new job.

Cons

This place is an absolute staff augmentation nightmare. Their takeover, roughly two years ago, has turned our once project-focused company into a dystopian wasteland. If you find yourself idling on the bench for a mere three weeks, you can kiss your job goodbye. As if that's not enough, they've purged all upper management like it's going out of style. The original founders, who managed to stick around for a couple of years after the acquisition, wisely fled the scene, and it's been a freefall ever since. In terms of benefits, it's a horror show. Forget about a 401k match; they couldn't care less about your financial future. They've also gutted the PTO cash-out policy, slashing it from a respectable 100% to a measly 50%. Raises? Don't make me laugh. Bonuses? Non-existent. Navigating the organizational structure is like trying to find your way through a maze blindfolded. Good luck identifying your so-called "manager" or figuring out the secret formula for getting promoted. It's a mystery wrapped in an enigma with no end in sight. In short, this place has turned into a soul-sucking, benefit-slashing, career-destroying black hole, and it's hard to see any light at the end of this very bleak tunnel.
