Pros

Supportive Team, Optional Leave Policy & Managers

Cons

1. Reduced Employee benefit policy in the name of cost cutting since new CEO's arrival 2. Unresponsive HRs : HR team is not supportive at all. You will die banging their doors but they won't even care to respond. Zero empathy. 3. Massive Hiring and less projects: Under the new CEO they are loosing many projects but are hiring rigorously. Eventually pushing many ppl on benches. And once on bench, there's no guarantee you are in the company or not in next week. 4. Massive layoff caused by above point. 5. No engagement activities : They have stopped arranging annual functions in the name of cost cutting. 6. Appraisal policy: They have added variable pay in the name of appraisal causing almost zero percent hike. Even if you have good ratings your appraisal won't be good. 7. Micromanagement: They have started micromanaging the employees now.
