Where do I start, 1. No projects, people are on bench, still hiring from outside the organisation. 2. New CEO is totally money minded doesn't think of the employees' benefits. 3. As soon as your project ends and you go on bench, your clock starts ticking. 4. On bench, they will make you give client interviews for profiles that don't even match your's one bit. 5. If the client is asking for 10 yrs experienced employee they will make a 6-7 yrs experience employee give the client round so that he/she is rejected and then they have reason to fire you from bench. No Appraisal, only fraud in the name of performance linked incentive. No extra bonus, no perks, no annual functions, nothing.
