Nice work environment. Nice benefits. Good work life balance.
Cons
You will find the worst finance team here with almost no knowledge of income tax. They never respond to your mail, they disconnect the line after salary(just to avoid questions), they will never give you satifing answer so forget about solution. Companies I worked with previously tried to save employees tax as much as possible but here they try to deduct as much as possible. When they don't understand why calculations are like this way they will simply say it's company policy we consider this and we don't consider that which comes out to be totally illogical.
