You can learn a lot, extra bonus and 2 extra vacation days. Good job stability.
Cons
No interest in people, overworking even on weekends due to constant change in priorities from management. Low salaries, RRHH restrictions for internal promotions right now they only allow external people. Horrible working hours from 7:30am to 18:00 with only 1 hour for lunch. No home office at all.
