Previously state owned, has gone through 3 acquisitions since, including Verizon. Clashing culture between employees hired during government ownership and subsequent owners. The current (America Movil) owner does not understand the Puertorican/American corporate culture, no 401k and low salaries , work life balance is horrible except if you are in a union position. No room for Puertorican employees to be sent abroad to higher management positions, all upper managment is brought from Mexico.
