They do not seek experience or studies. It is good to have a job base in telecommunications.
Cons
You need to have connections to move up. Management does not know what it is doing and there are no significant long-term benefits. If you plan to work long term, I do not recommend it if you are going to enter now it would be for experience of 2 to 5 years at most if you live near work.
