      Interesting, challenging work, very good, high-quality people, and everyone is nice and happy to help. The company cares about the employees and makes an effort for them. There is a LOT of room for personal initiatives.

      Internal work processes could be more organized. The type of market the company works with is very specific and might limit future career opportunities. Open workspace
