Pros
There really are not any pros. They do provide bathrooms and snack machines though.
Cons
• Very dishonest, demeaning, soul-less management • Extremely low salary • Horrible medical benefits with a high deductible health insurance as your only option. • Absolutely no pay increases (same as prior Xerox) • Zero employee perks • This company exists after splitting off from Xerox Professional Services and is under management that is downsizing in an effort to save money. Presumably they will attempt to sell this business to someone else in the near future.
