Pros
If you're lucky then you might get a good supervisor who treats you like an adult, helps you, and doesn't play favoritism! ;)
Cons
Mandatory Overtime. Training was not very good. There was on instance where the trainer forgot to mute themselves and got caught talking about one of the employes they were training. They also treated us like children. After the whole debacle we were assigned a new trainer. Some of the managers made the job more difficult. They micromanage! There was really only one manager that treated people like adults and addressed issues in a very kind manner. You get very little PTO.
