      Remote work with decent pay.

      Cons

      The support from management and supervisors is non existent. Human resources employees are careless and make many mistakes especially during the onboarding process. You are handling calls all day from frustrated account holders because of constant mistakes from employees.

      Pros

      Job as described. This company is a contracting company pretty much and through them I was working for Humana. It was straight forward and as described, but the training Humana provided was a bit hectic and intense, and people were quitting left and right because of how much anxiety it caused.

      Cons

      High anxiety training environment that felt like we weren't fully equipped to do the job. Not having the freedom to get up and away from your desk unless you were specifically on a break. Automatic answering phones.
