good benefits, stable company, carrer plan, multinational, flexibility, international programs for interns and trainees., good culture, incenivate diversity and many opportunities.
Cons
It´s really hard to get into, demands advanced english, tire plant located to far away from central cityes, sometimes managers does not gave the chance of employees to get opportunities in other divisions.
