You will enjoy a lot of technical freedom of which you will take ownership with your team. Coolblue values soft skills, like communication and teamwork, a lot.
Cons
We do agile scrum, but there are not enough scrum masters. Our team hasn't had a scrum master in the past 2 years. Working from home you will miss a part of the company culture, great office and beers with your colleagues.
