Pros
The company is very expat friendly, you get full support to relocate. The colleagues are nice to work with, international company and the projects are interesting. Always new things to work with and plenty of room to experiment. Hybrid work and descent work from home setup.
Cons
Despite being highly profitable the profit is not properly shared with employees: no 13th month, no bonuses and low salaries.
