Pros
I joined Creditas remotely because of the current COVID lockdown. The onboarding process was very organized, the culture was explained and discussed since day 1 and in general everyone at the Valencia office is very polite and helpful.
Cons
The company is so big that it takes a while to get to know how things work, the organization structure and all the different verticals. But this can be considered an advantage if we take into account the diversity of opportunities available.
