Pros

The office is nice and there were a lot of employee events to participate in and there is Flextime available though frowned upon if you actually take advantage of it

Cons

There is obvious favoritism, and those people are able to get away with anything. There is no structure many people are employed that do not have technical skills. A lot of money is spent on covering up for the real issues at hand which is a terrible work culture and no room for developmental growth for employees. If you are interested in career development, this is not the company for you. Be prepared to be in that specified role for 5+ years. Employees are not involved in the constant changes that happen in the org. Career opportunities are not clear Fear of voicing concerns in teams

I have a lot of good things to say about DHL. The company really cares about their talent. Benefits are good. The pay is good.

Cons

Only bad thing is the micromanaging of some supervisors.
